Service Process:
We will obtain a comprehensive 4-in-1
credit report detailing the current status of your credit profile.
This report will provide you with essential
information on the steps required to remove yourself from debt review.
Please do not conduct any credit checks or
apply for any type of credit during the entire process, as it may affect our
services.
Please note that the services will be rendered in reliance on the facts, information, and documentation provided by you to Legacy Debt Solutions. You understands that the NCR Debt Help System may be intermittently unavailable and you therefore undertake to provide information regarding your current credit standing that is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. It is important for you to promptly notify Legacy Debt Solutions of any changes to such information for the duration of the engagement
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be given in writing and
emailed to clientservices@legacydebtsolutions.co.za, 10 working days before the
debit order Debi – Check tracking date or debit date. If we debit any amount
from your account, no refunds will be provided, however, we can cancel future
debits and your process.
Please remember, you are obligated to pay
our non-refundable admin, application, and assessment fee of R1750, including
VAT.
